TICKET PURCHASE

• Tickets must be purchased online in advance. No at the door ticket sales.

CANCELLATION

• If event is rescheduled due to JACCK Art Studio a  reschedule within 30 days of reserved date may be granted; refund is permitted

• If client wishes to cancel; NO REFUND will be granted as all ticket sales and vendor fees are final. No exceptions. No make-up dates.

LIABILITY POLICY

• JACCK Art Studio is NOT responsible for any medical emergencies/injuries while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel rooms, and/or event space. This includes the contraction of Covid-19.
