COVID- 19 PRECAUTIONS

LOCATION

PAINT CATERING GUIDELINES

Count requested may increase but NOT decrease
Client will return all items received excluding painted canvas to JACCK Art Studio, LLC no later than 48 Hours of scheduled rental date
If all items are not returned in appropriate condition; we reserve the right to charge card on file for damages (a detailed invoiced will be provided)
Reservations must be set One Week (7 Days) in advance of desired date
A $100 deposit will be due at the time of reservation. Deposit is NON Refundable as this prevents anyone else from booking the date
Remaining balance will be invoiced 7 days prior to reserved date. Invoice must be paid with-in 3 Business days prior to event date or we deserve the right to cancel services. Once paid; amount is NON Refundable
Cancellations MUST be with-in 72 hours of scheduled time to avoid full-amount charge; Deposit is NON-Refundable
Client will have 90 days to reschedule schedule party
If booking utilizing Klarna; Please review Booking with Klarna Policy

BOOKING WITH CREDIT CARD

Reservations must be set One Week (7 Days) in advance of desired date
A $100 deposit will be due at the time of reservation. Deposit is NON Refundable as this prevents anyone else from booking the date
Invoice must be paid with-in 3 Business days or your date will not be held
Remaining balance will be invoiced 3 days prior to reserved date and must be paid that day. Once paid; amount is NON Refundable

Client will have 90 days to reschedule schedule party

BOOKING WITH KLARNA

Reservations must be set One Week (7 Days) in advance of desired date
Client will choose Klarna as payment method from drop down menu once invoice is received (Site will direct you to Klarnas' website for policy overview and payment completion)
Payment may NOT be refunded ONLY Rescheduled with-in 90 days of reserved date

CANCELLATION

Cancellations MUST be with-in 72 hours of scheduled time to avoid full-amount charge; Deposit is NON-Refundable
A reschedule with in 90 days of reserved date may be granted as a ONE time courtesy
Any Party booked utilizing Klarna Payment may NOT be refunded ONLY Rescheduled with-in 90 days of reserved date

LIABILITY POLICY

JACCK Art Studio is NOT responsible for any medical emergencies/injuries while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel rooms, and/or event space. This includes the contraction of Covid-19.
JACCK Art Studio is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel room, and/or event space.
