Two Other Parties Will Take Place at the Same Time in the Main Studio Area

A Minimum of 20 Guest (Max. 30) is Required to host a Community Paint Party in our larger studio area (7,000+SqFt).

Terms & Conditions

COVID- 19 PRECAUTIONS

  • Mask are highly encouraged; but NOT required at this time

LOCATION

BOOKING WITH CREDIT CARD

  • Reservations must be set One Week (7 Days) in advance of desired date and time

  • A 50% deposit will be due at the time of reservation. Deposit is NON Refundable as this prevents anyone else from booking the date and time

  • Invoice must be paid 3 Business days prior to your desired date or your date will not be held

  • Remaining  balance will be invoiced 3 days prior to reserved date and must be paid that day. Once paid; amount is NON Refundable

  • Cancellations MUST be 72 hours prior to scheduled time to avoid full-amount charge; Deposit is NON-Refundable

  • Client will have 30 days to reschedule a date from the original scheduled party. Date not to exceed 180 days from original date.

BOOKING WITH KLARNA

  • Reservations must be set One Week (7 Days) in advance of desired date

  • Client will choose Klarna as payment method from drop down menu once invoice is received (Site will direct you to Klarnas' website for policy overview and payment completion)

  • Payment may NOT be refunded ONLY Rescheduled with-in 30 days of reserved date. Date not to exceed 180 days from original date.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations MUST be 72 hours prior to scheduled time to avoid full-amount charge; Deposit is NON-Refundable

  • A reschedule with in 30 days of reserved date may be granted as a ONE time courtesy. Date not to exceed 180 days from original date.

  • Any Party booked utilizing Klarna Payment may NOT be refunded ONLY Rescheduled with-in 30 days of reserved date. Date not to exceed 180 days from original date.

LIABILITY POLICY

  • JACCK Art Studio is NOT responsible for any medical emergencies/injuries while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel rooms, and/or event space. This includes the contraction of Covid-19.

  • JACCK Art Studio is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel room, and/or event space.
